ALL-ROUNDER (Part-time/Casual)
About the Role: We are on the hunt for a Cafe all-rounder to join our team. As an all-rounder, you will be at the forefront of our dining experience, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. This role is perfect for someone who loves a chat, is passionate about hospo, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and thrives in a customer-focused role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers to take orders, answer questions, and recommend menu items.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Preparing beverages.
Requirements:
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights (Friday & Saturday only), weekends and holidays.
- RSA (not essential, but highly recommended).
